First of all, we must understand that having a pet requires responsibility from the new owner. It is very important to take into account some issues:

· Take time to pay attention to your new friend.
· Must have the ideal conditions and space for your new friend.
· Always keep in mind the food and supplements necessary for the welfare of the pet.

If in doubt for a specific pet, consult the animal's card on the product page. In Welcome to the Jungle you will find everything for your new friend with the best quality.

Welcome to the Jungle clarify all doubts of customers and offers all kinds of training for the acquisition of any pet or product you want to buy in our store.

The scale we have created serves to help you choose the ideal pet for you. Going from level 1 to level 10, which is already a very sensitive species and not recommended for beginners.

Level 1 - Pet for beginners
Level 10 - Pretty sensitive pets. Ideal for experienced.

To place an order, you must be registered on Welcome to the Jungle website. After being registered in the website you must select the desired product and click on the product page.

On the product page you must add the product to the cart. After selecting all the products, you must click on your shopping cart located at the top right of the website and click on finalize purchase.

At the end of the purchase, an e-mail with the value of your order and the information for payment by bank transfer will be sent within 24 hours.

To complete the order, you must make the bank transfer and then send the proof of transfer to the email encomendas@welcometothejungle.pt

After we confirm the payment, an e-mail will be sent with the order confirmation and the delivery time.

Payment by bank transfer is the only method available at the moment.To proceed with payment you must follow the following steps:

After you place your order, an email with the information will be sent by our team in order to make the payment.

Once the payment is made, you must send the proof of transfer to the email (encomendas@welcometothejungle.pt) with the following subject:

“Proof of transfer: [your name] to identify the movement of account and [product purchased] for confirmation of transfer.

Some animals in the Welcome to the Jungle store can not be shipped by carrier.

Once you have confirmed your order, you will receive a notification by email or telephone to arrange the best way to receive the animal, thus ensuring all animal welfare and safety.

Note: At the moment, animal shipments are only available for Continental Portugal.

In case of non-delivery of your order, we ask that you send an email to encomendas@welcometothejungle.pt to follow up the resolution of the problem with the subject “Undelivered Order” and the respective order number.

Once the payment for the product(s) has been confirmed, we will send the product(s) and within 10 working days will be delivered to the registered address.

If the selected products are available in stock, the delivery time will be 3 working days. In special cases, the deadline will be communicated to the customer in advance.

The delivery cost of the animal or product varies depending on the size and weight of the order. On the shopping cart and payment page, the individual shipping price for the product will be displayed.
